By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services

Jazz provides creative services—branding, design, events, marketing, and digital solutions—based on agreed project briefs.

2. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and comply with agreed schedules.

Delays from the client may affect delivery timelines and may lead to extra charges.

3. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, artworks, strategies, and deliverables created by Jazz remain the exclusive property of Jazz Creative Agency, even after full payment.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables solely for the agreed project purpose.

Clients may not resell, modify, distribute, or reuse the work outside the agreed scope without Jazz’s prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All proposals, ideas, presentations, concepts, drafts, and deliverables shared by Jazz are confidential.

Clients agree not to disclose, share, copy, or reproduce Jazz’s materials with third parties, competitors, or other agencies without prior written approval.

Any unauthorized use or disclosure will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in legal action under Saudi law.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees and payment terms are defined in project agreements.

Payments must be made on time and in full.

Jazz reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery until payment is cleared.

6. Liability

Jazz’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Data Protection (PDPL)

Jazz complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Personal data is collected and processed only for project delivery, communication, and legal compliance.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.

Disputes will first be addressed amicably; if unresolved, they will be submitted to the competent Saudi courts.

9. Amendments

Gaz may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new Effective Date.
